The 2020 conference was held virtually, September 16-18, 2020. All sessions were recorded and were accessible to registrants through March 31, 2021. There is no longer access to the 2020 conference.

This year's conference featured 25 sessions over the course of two tracks. Today, anyone who originally registered for the live conference can access all presentations. Those who did not register for the live conference can still register and have complete access to all recordings. Recordings will be available through the end of March.

A special benefit of our virtual conference platform is the ability to earn and track professional development hours (PDHs) in real time. When watching a recorded session, an attendance window will appear at some point during the presentation. All you need to do is check in and the course will be added to the list of sessions you have watched. You can print out your own certificate of attendance at any time (certificates of attendance itemize all sessions watched).

Individuals not previously registered for the conference can register at the following rates:

  • Member: $140
  • Non-member: $190

With a paid registration, each registrant will have access to the virtual platform through March 31. Once payment is made, please wait to hear from INAFSM for your virtual conference credentials. This may take up to 72 hours. Your login to the virtual conference site is not the same as your login to

Tracking PDHs

For those who track their professional development hours, the virtual conference platform will automatically track session attendance for you. You will be able to create your own certificate of attendance at any time. When in the virtual conference site, print/reprint your certificate from the 'Account' section. Your certificate of attendance will be an itemized list of all the sessions you've watched.
