Additional and Add-on Sponsorship OpportunitiesNot interested in a booth? Or maybe you want a booth AND additional exposure to INAFSM conference attendees? We're proud to make the following à la carte options available: Award Sponsorships: Sponsor one (or more) of INAFSM's annual awards. Your company's representative will announce the award winner while the company's logo will appear on the big screen. Representative may speak up to one minute about the company.
Keynote/Plenary Sponsorships: Sponsor one (or more) of INAFSM's keynote/plenary presenters. Your company's representative will introduce the speaker while the company's logo appears on the big screen. Representative may speak up to one minute about the company.
Electricity and Other Special Requests20 AMP service is provide complimentary for all exhibitor levels except River. The option to opt in for 20 AMP service is included in the Exhibitor Registration Form. Exhibitors who need electricity will not be able to plug directly into wall outlets. For other electrical requests, or to request one-time water fills and drainage, pallet delivery, wired internet, etc., please utilize the Century Center Service Order Form. Vendor Ignite Session and Vendor ShowcaseOur Vendor Ignite Session is planned as part of our agenda to provide time for exhibitors to highlight their products and services to conference attendees in a fun and energetic general session. Plus, Wednesday evening a Vendor Showcase event is planned to engage participants in a contest to fill out sponsor cards which will be used in a drawing for a special door prize giveaway. A winner will be announced right before the Wednesday evening meal. These are all great opportunities to promote your products and services and to meet new customers and clients.
