Headwater Exhibitor and Annual Sponsorship: $5,000

Benefits include:

  • New this year: Headwater Exhibitors will also be recognized as annual INAFSM Sponsors. Company logo will appear on every page of the INAFSM website for twelve months.
  • At the Annual Conference:
    • Four conference registrations
    • Two 8‐foot X 30‐inch table display with first choice of location

Basin Exhibitor and Annual Sponsorship: $3,500

Benefits include:

    • One 8‐foot X 30‐inch table display with second choice of location

    • Optional (if vendor sponsor chooses): Vendor logo giveaway item provided by vendor will be placed in all attendee registration packets (items such as paper, pens, etc.)

River Exhibitor: $1000

Not interested in a booth? Or maybe you want a booth AND additional exposure to INAFSM conference attendees? We're proud to make the following à la carte options available:

Award Sponsorships: Sponsor one (or more) of INAFSM's annual awards. Your company's representative will announce the award winner while the company's logo will appear on the big screen. Representative may speak up to one minute about the company.

Electricity and Other Special Requests

20 AMP service is provide complimentary for all exhibitor levels except River. The option to opt in for 20 AMP service is included in the Exhibitor Registration Form. Exhibitors who need electricity will not be able to plug directly into wall outlets. For other electrical requests, or to request one-time water fills and drainage, pallet delivery, wired internet, etc., please utilize the Century Center Service Order Form. 

Vendor Ignite Session and Vendor Showcase

Our Vendor Ignite Session is planned as part of our agenda to provide time for exhibitors to highlight their products and services to conference attendees in a fun and energetic general session. Plus, Wednesday evening a Vendor Showcase event is planned to engage participants in a contest to fill out sponsor cards which will be used in a drawing for a special door prize giveaway. A winner will be announced right before the Wednesday evening meal. These are all great opportunities to promote your products and services and to meet new customers and clients.

Move-in:

Tuesday, September 12, 4 - 8 pm
Wednesday, September 13, 9 am - 12 pm

Move-out:

Thursday, September 14, any time during track sessions (NOT plenary sessions)
Friday, September 15, 7 am - 8 am.

Additional Information

  • During conference afternoon breaks we are requesting that Sponsors please offer small, individually wrapped snack items (such as crackers, cookies, candy, etc.) at their booths as a means to draw in attendees. Please be creative!
  • We are asking all exhibitors to donate a gift basket, gift card, etc. that could be used our prize drawings throughout the conference. Another opportunity to be recognized!
