Working under the direction of the Superintendent of Maintenance Field Operations, incumbent will organize and implement programs to monitor the operation of the City’s combined, sanitary sewer and stormwater collection systems. The Program Manager will analyze a variety of data to classify types of overflows and notify the public and regulatory agencies as required by the City’s applicable regulations. Incumbent will recommend maintenance programs and identifies strategies and capital improvement projects to reduce overflows as required by the EPA and Indiana Department of Environmental Management.

The incumbent will be responsible for inspecting facilities, sampling, creating reports, maintain records, files, prepare associated documentation, provide compliance assistance and perform internal compliance audits. The incumbent will provide employee training and educational resources for the MS4 program.
