The Program Manager will analyze a variety of data to classify types of overflows and notify the public and regulatory agencies as required by the City’s applicable regulations. Incumbent will recommend maintenance programs and identifies strategies and capital improvement projects to reduce overflows as required by the EPA and Indiana Department of Environmental Management.
