The Stormwater drainage conference is a signature event in the Indiana LTAP training calendar. This annual conference is only possible with the support and devotion of the Stormwater drainage planning committee.

Breakout Sessions- LIMITED SPOTS


During the Stormwater Drainage Conference afternoon breakout sessions, 2 additional, optional workshops will be offered for an additional fee: 

  • MS4 Post-construction program Workshop – Indiana MS4 entities are struggling to meet new permit requirements for their post-construction programs.  This workshop will present case studies and solutions for program challenges. In addition, Andy Erickson with the University of Minnesota will discuss the maintenance of post-construction BMPs and his handbook, “Optimizing stormwater treatment practices: A handbook of assessment and maintenance”.
  • MS4 Pollution Prevention and Good Housekeeping WorkshopImplementing Pollution Prevention and Good Housekeeping programs seem to bring more questions than answers!  This workshop will discuss various issues and how to address them as well as tips and techniques for tracking and other program needs.  Attendees will participate in a hands-on exercise and receive helpful handouts.

***The workshops last all afternoon and will be limited to 50 attendees for each workshop. The purpose of the workshops is to allow attendees to take a deeper look into the topics presented.  The workshops are intended for an intermediate to advanced-level target audience.  Attendees will receive useful handouts to assist them and their communities with implementing these programs.
