Tracking PDHs

For those who need to track their professional development hours, we've posted a PDH Tracker sheet you can save for your records to self-check off the sessions you attend. Printed copies of the tracker will not be available onsite. Looking for your hours from 2020,  2021 or 2022? You can access your history and print out a certificate by clicking on the "My CEUs" link (at top of this page). 

Scholarships

Two scholarships will be awarded, one for someone working in floodplain management and one for someone working in stormwater management. In addition to the registration fee, this scholarship includes most meals at the conference. Hotel registration, travel expenses, and any other conference related expenses or incidentals are the sole responsibility of the scholarship winner. Winners will be expected to volunteer as needed during conference. If an individual has already registered for the conference, we will refund the registration fee if he/she is selected as a scholarship recipient. Apply Online

Hotel Information

This year's conference and lodging will be at Belterra Casino in Florence. INAFSM's discounted room rate of $119 expires on August 26, or when the room block fills up or if the hotel sells out (whichever happens first). To book your room, click on the link below and then select your arrival date, number of nights, and number of adults. Once you click the 'check availability' button, the room types that are blocked for our group will populate with the group rate. You can disregard the message about the nightly resort fee -- This fee has been waived for INAFSM.

Awards

Each year at the Annual Conference, INAFSM recognizes those individuals or groups who have made significant contributions to the fields of stormwater and/or floodplain management. Nominations for each award are offered in the summer before the Conference.  Learn more about our award categories and submit a nomination before the July 14 deadline. 

15th Annual Golf Outing

This year’s outing will be held at Belterra Golf Club (777 Belterra Dr, Florence, IN 47020) on Tuesday, September 12th, with the first of 6 reserved foursomes teeing off at 12:00 noon. Greens fees with cart are $78.21 (w/tax) per golfer, paid directly to the course upon your arrival. If time allows, show up early to relax and enjoy lunch with us at the Out of Bounds Bar & Grill, also on your own.

Designed by legend Tom Fazio, this world-class championship course was ranked in the top 30 casino golf courses in the U.S. by Golfweek. Created to highlight the natural surroundings, winding through lakes and over 2,200 trees, the par 71 course challenges players with water hazards and bunkers set amidst beautiful rolling hills.

Silent Auction

Informational Flyer. Once again we'll be hosting a silent auction to support our Greg Main and Toni Cecil Memorial Scholarship funds! Would your business donate an item? Or you personally? Perhaps you and co-workers can put together a basket of items from your part of the state? Wondering what would make a good item? Just think about items on which you might like to bid; if the item or collection of items is interesting to you, then there's a good chance that others will be interested, too.
